Do you experience times of anxiety, or know someone who does? It’s not easy to control and is accompanied by unexpected reactions to situations which don’t make sense.
Just choosing to think differently doesn’t change things permanently. Once anxiety has worn a pathway in the brain, it defaults to it, and often with no reason.
I create memes as “wit” tools to use for armor against an attack. Name the battle’s participants, and then bam! Go on the offensive.
