Anthology—Chills
#Anthology #chill #mothers #shortstories
My story, Chills, depicts a humdrum day in the life of two young mothers. Breaking up the monotony of pre-school days, they go to a local park for a picnic with their four young children. It’s a warm, late spring day but one mother has persistent chills. Why? What unfolds usually spreads chills through readers.
This anthology contains forty-five short stories of single syllable words written by various authors. We accepted the editor’s challenge to make it difficult for readers to discern whether the stories are fiction or non-fiction.
I hope readers take heed of the warning in my story but enjoy it, too.
